We seek people who are committed to Christian values, enjoy working with people, and are able to work throughout the summer as a volunteer or on staff.  By doing this, our groups and camps are assured of a quality experience at Ross Point. We will be hiring paid staff and volunteers in a number of roles that will be listed on this page. This is a marvelous opportunity to use God-given gifts and abilities in a manner that serves hundreds of people. Applications are reviewed, references checked, interviews conducted, and hiring made as available.
